Brewery Tours

Nestled in an industrial estate to the south of Edinburgh, our current site has been where we call home since 2013.

Since moving to our custom built brewery in 2013 we have grown from our seven original 5,000 litre fermentation vessels. We installed two 15,000 litre fermentation vessels in 2014 and then undertook a large expansion plan in 2016, which consisted of bringing in one 17,000 litre fermentation vessel, six 5,000 litre conditioning tanks and ten 1,100 litre conditioning tanks which were hooked directly to the taps in the Brewery Tap Room & Shop. In 2017, we added a further six 10,000 litre fermentation vessels and we've got no intention of slowing down.

Why not pop along to the brewery and see it for yourself. You can either have a Tour, brew your own beer in the Craft Beer Kitchen or visit our Tap Room. Pick up some bottles or cans, fill your Growler, or grab a seat and sample a few beers while looking through to the brewery. On sunny days you can sit in our beer garden, drink a beer or two and look up to the top of our brew kit and see our brewers hard at work.

We're proud of the brewery we've built and we love when our customers come out to see the brewery. We have a Brewery Tap Room & Shop at the front of the brewery which serves up the freshest beer around. You can sample beer flight and see what's going on in the brewery from the tap room or soak up the Scottish sun from our beer garden with a view of our brewers hard at work on the brew kit. If you want to get up close and personal, book onto a tour. If you want to get your hands dirty, why not try the Craft Beer Kitchen and make your own bespoke beer.

We're always expanding and add new bits of kit and structures to the brewery. It's well worth a visit and seeing where the magic happens.
