The Gift of Giving
November marks our one-year anniversary with our charity partner Bright Sparks.
Bright Sparks is a charity based locally in Bonnyrigg, which provides playgroup, holiday activities and after-school support for children with complex additional needs, and their families.
Over the past year, we have raised £2487 for charity. We raise money through our charity beer tap and have also taken bucket donations at our events. Of course, we would like to thank everyone was has donated.
Bright Sparks is raising money to continue expanding the range of activities they can offer young people and their families. Currently, they support children for birth up to 18 years old and provide a safe place for children of all disabilities.
The money raised through our donations helps them keep the costs of these activities affordable for the families that need them most.
We are very proud to work with a charity doing some much to help our local community and to be continuing our support into 2020.
During our brewery open day on Sat 7th Dec (12pm-6pm) we will be holding a charity bake sale to raise more money for the charity.
