How To Get Here
If you're coming to Mayfest chances are you're about to start making your travel arrangements, now we know the brewery seems a bit off the beaten track but there are plenty of ways to get to us.
So, to help you all out here's a travel guide:
Take the Bus- The easy cheapest way to get to us.
The following Lothian Bus numbers stop within walking distance of the brewery, so you're bound to have one stop near you, 37, 47 & 140.
Where to go once you get off the bus....
Get off the bus at the last stop before leaving Loanhead, you'll see the sign saying, 'Thank you for driving safely'. From there you'll see a footpath leading into the industrial estate. Turn left after Stoats, go to the end of the road and you'll see us on the right.
Get off the bus after going past the 'Welcome to Loanhead' sign. Cross the road and there is a foot path next to the 'Thank you for driving safely' sign. From there you'll see a footpath leading into the industrial estate. Turn left after Stoats, go to the end of the road and you'll see us on the right.
Take a Taxi- Fast and direct travel to us.
Our address is Stewart Brewing, 26a Dryden Road, Loanhead, EH20 9LZ.
We recommend booking your taxi in advance for Mayfest to have less time waiting and more timing festing.
Don't forget to share your taxi with friends and family, ride sharing is caring.
Drive Yourself- Cut back on beer and be the designated driver
Now we wouldn't recommend this as you're coming to a beer festival after all. But if you want to take one for the team and play driver for the day there is plenty of parking available in the industrial estate, please note no parking available onsite.
Here's a few quick directions to us, but a GPS is always your friend if you're unsure.
Head towards Straiton Retail Park and carry on past Ikea. Turn left after the Nissan Alex F Noble & Sons showroom. Turn right into the Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, then take the first left and carry on to the end of the road. Turn right and you’ll see Stewart Brewing.
Take the A701 towards Edinburgh and turn right towards Loanhead just before the Nissan Alex F Noble & Sons showroom. Turn right into the Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, then take the first left and carry on to the end of the road. Turn right and you’ll see Stewart Brewing.
So now you know how to get here, and you have your tickets (wink wink nudge nudge) all that's left to do is relax and look forward to all the beer, street food and live entertainment we have in store for you!
