New Project 7 Series Beer Release


Our Project 7 Series started at the beginning of 2018, driven by our talented brewers on a mission to explore new, exciting beer styles and deliver bold, and unique flavours.

Following the success of our Cucumber Gose and DIPA, we are excited to bring another two beers that will follow in their footsteps.


Hedgerow Sour [4.2%] is a new beer to join the series and is inspired by our brewer's passion for foraging around Scotland. 

This kettle sour is bursting with fruit aromas from its conditioning on Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries accompanied by a refreshing tartness from the lactobacillus souring.

The beer pours hazy, rich purple, has pronounced berry notes and a refreshing, clean finish with slight bitterness from the natural tannins found in berries.


Voss IPA [6.5%] is a big, juicy IPA fermented using with Voss Kveik yeast- a Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain.

A high temperature fermentation delivers a huge hit of marmalade and spice, combined with its complex malt base (consisting of Malted Barley, Torrified Wheat, Crystal Rye and Oats) to deliver a rich and smooth mouthfeel.

An addition of coriander seeds in the boil helps to lift the spice notes out and this is complemented by a generous dry-hop with Citra, Summit and Columbus.

The beer pours rich amber, has a pronounced marmalade and citrus nose and a long lasting spice and citrus fruit finish.
