Craft Beer Kitchen
Having seen the above Craft Beer Kitchen logo making splashes and waves in the online world, you may well be wondering what logic there could possibly be behind a beer bottle-shaped kettle. Let us explain our reasoning! Besides the fairly overt reference to brewing a cup of tea in your kitchen by means of a kettle, you would also brew your bottled beer in a brewing kettle. You see, it all comes full circle, or are those links a little tenuous?! Our Brew-it-Yourself facility provides the customer with a whole experience and we feel that a ‘kitchen’ theme encompasses just how memorable your Brewday will be. Here at Stewart Brewing’s Craft Beer Kitchen, we will guide you through the brewing process from start to finish. From choosing a brew date to bottling and collecting your brand new creation, Stewart Brewing will ensure that your Brewday is both fun filled and smooth sailing. Then it is over to you to stick your beer in the fridge and perhaps most importantly, toast your success! Whether a complete beer novice or a self-proclaimed beer geek, we can promise that the Craft Beer Kitchen will be a unique and unforgettable experience. As I am sure you are aware, Stewart Brewing enjoy a good party with all of you eager beer enthusiasts to celebrate any new creations; the opening of the Craft Beer Kitchen is no exception. In order to give our custom made pilot kit a test run, or rather give all of the Stewart Brewing staff an opportunity to exchange office duties for brewing pleasures, the brewery cohort have come up with eight pretty crazy beers! At 8pm on Friday 14th March, The Southern will be hosting a Craft Beer Kitchen ‘Tap Takeover’ which will exhibit its first batch of brews. From a Popcorn Pilsner and an Exploration Ale (your guess is as good as mine!) to a 6.2% Apricot Pale (brewed especially by Edinburgh’s Brewstore), you can expect no shortage of quirky taste bud ticklers! Just in case you still need a little persuasion, there will be a Blackcurrant Berliner Weisse and an Earl Grey infused Amber on tap too; the rest can remain a secret! We really hope to see as many of your friendly faces there as possible to share our Craft Beer Kitchen excitement and to try the tasty range of brews! The usual goodies to be won!For more information on the Craft Beer Kitchen, please click here http://www.stewartbrewing.co.uk/news/Craft-Beer-Kitchen_234.html.
