Key Lime Pie
Our latest Project 7 is a dessert inspired, easy drinking, pastry sour; Key Lime Pie!
Inspired by the sweet zesty dessert from Florida, this beer is tart and refreshing, with a sweet finish. Kettle soured and infused with kaffir lime leaves and lime zest; the beer has a tart acidity. This is mellowed out with flavours to match the biscuity crust and sweet vanilla cream filling of a Key Lime Pie.
