Our Favourite Customers Labels
One of the most fun parts of our Craft Beer Kitchen experience is getting to design your very own bottle label to go with your delicious beer. Over the years we have seen some great labels.
If you have visited our brewery taproom you will know we have a big display filled with our customer bottles. Today we have picked out six of our favourites to take a closer look at.
First up is ‘Hogmanale’- this is a 5% US Brown Ale that we are guessing was brewed to help someone's news years celebrations. The bottle says that it is ‘perfect with all meats and stocks.
Edinburgh bike repair shop, The Bicycle Works, brewed our second beer back in December 2014. It’s a 4.8% pale ale that sounds perfect for after a long bike ride.
Our next bottle features a great hand-drawn illustration (our customers are so talented). According to the bottle, ‘It’s an American style ale with a Scottish temperament’ brewed by OJ, John and Grizzly and named Puggietoppler.
Next up is ‘The Stag Grenade’ we can only assume this 5.8% dark IPA was brewed for an epic stag do! The date on the bottle is May 2015 so let’s hope the beer lead its brewer into a very happy 4 years of marriage.
Another black and white beauty our next bottle contained a punchy 5.9% ‘American Inspired IPA. Brewed by Callum and Laura back on the 26th of September 2015.
Finally, is this cheeky yellow bottle named ‘Rye Smile’ and as you might have guessed it is a Rye Pale Ale sitting at 6%. Possibly the oldest beer on our list brewed back in Nov 2014 by a group who are self-named ‘The Dream Team Brewers’
